Your Rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
This page explains how to exercise these rights.
Account Deletion
In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the PRISM app:
- Open PRISM and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This will permanently and immediately delete your account and all associated data from our servers, including:
- Your account profile and authentication data
- All crops, treatments, and risk assessment data
- All custom MRL overrides and notes
- Local session tokens on your device
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Email address associated with your PRISM account
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and irreversible
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days as required by UK GDPR. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Data Access Request (Subject Access Request)
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR) under UK GDPR.

Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Subject Access Request
- Email address associated with your PRISM account
- A description of the specific data you would like (or state that you want all data we hold)
What to Expect
- We will verify your identity before processing the request.
- We will respond within one month of receiving your request, as required by UK GDPR.
- If your request is complex, we may extend this by a further two months — we will inform you within the first month if this is the case.
- Your data will be provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., JSON or CSV).
What Data We Hold
For full details of the categories of data PRISM collects, please see our Privacy Policy. In summary, this may include:
- Account and authentication data (email, user ID)
- Crop and agricultural data (crop details, locations, dates)
- Product application and treatment data
- Risk assessment results derived from your inputs
Other Rights
In addition to deletion and access, you also have the right to:
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format for transfer to another service.
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing.
